1. What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Currently, we provide worldwide FREE shipping as standard service. In case of any changes, LAZZANA team will inform customers beforehand.

2. Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

There are 3 payment options available at Lazzana. You can either use E-mail Payment method or your bank card (debit, credit) or use Paypal as a payment method where you can use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other bank issued official payment cards.

What is E-mail Payment?  

Please send us the url of the product you want.We will send you our bank account information.Our E-mail adress is info.lazzana@gmail.com

3. How long will delivery take?

We ship worldwide and Our shipping time is usually within 2-3 weeks to USA, and 3 to 4 weeks to other countries. However, it may take up to 6 weeks to arrive depending on the quantity of orders and demand of products. Your location and how long it takes to get through customs are also affecting reasons of shipment time.

4. What are your return und refund policy?

We will refund you under these circumstances:

* If the goods are provably damaged
* If your order does not arrive within 45 business days
* The wrong items were sent

5. I have ordered multiple items, but did not get all them. Why?

It is important to note that we process and ship multiple goods separately to avoid any possible warehouse and customs delay.  This may result in a different arrival time for different packages.
